TERMS OF USE
Welcome to oneclicksolution.com (the "Site"), an online service of One-Click! Computer Solutions (“OCCS”). By using the Site and its parent sites or affiliates you agree to the following terms and conditions.
User Conduct
The Site and its contents, including but not limited to articles, newsletters, graphical images, interactive applications, audio and video material, compilations of material, and the user interface (the "Content") are the property and copyrighted material of OCCS, its licensors and vendors. "Content" also includes any material from the Site that OCCS delivers to you through e-mail. You may display the Content and otherwise use the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, forward, display, repost, reprint, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, link to, quote or sell any content except as expressly permitted by the copyright laws, in this Agreement, or by directly contacting the owner of OCCS for his/her expressed written permission.
User Participation
You may post material to message boards, forums and other interactive areas of the Site. However, you may not post any material that (1) is defamatory, libelous, obscene, indecent, abusive or threatening to others; (2) infringes the copyright, trademark or other right of any third party; (3) uploads viruses or other contaminating or destructive features; or (4) is in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any material you post complies with the foregoing conditions and will indemnify OCCS, its officers and employees from and against all claims, liabilities, judgments, damages and costs (including attorney's fees) which arise out of materials you have posted on the Site. If OCCS becomes aware of any material that it believes may violate the foregoing conditions, it may, at its sole discretion, modify or remove the material.
You grant to OCCS the right to copy, publish, distribute, modify, translate and otherwise use in any medium any material that you place on the Site by any means, without compensation to you.
Purchase Of Services
You may have the opportunity to order or receive services through the Site directly or through links on the Site. All Services (unless otherwise noted as owned or offered by OCCS) are provided by third-party vendors ("Vendors") pursuant to agreements, licenses or other arrangements between that Vendor and you.
All aspects of your transactions regarding the Services, including, but not limited to, purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and the applicable Vendor. Your rights and remedies with respect to such transactions shall be solely against the applicable Vendor and any questions, complaints or claims related to any Service should be directed to that Vendor.
By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that OCCS and its affiliates shall have no liability for any cost, damage or harm arising directly or indirectly in connection with any of the Services ordered or received through this Site or through links on this Site or from any action or inaction of any Vendor.
You may have the option to purchase Services over this Site using a credit card by sending that information over the Internet. This Site uses encryption technology to protect the information from access by unauthorized third parties. However, neither OCCS nor any Vendor can guarantee that the encryption technology will operate as intended or that a third party will not be able to access such information. If you have any concerns about sending such information over the Internet, you should use an alternative means of payment. By sending any sensitive information over the Internet in connection with your use of this Site, you agree that neither OCCS nor any Vendor will have any liability if the applicable encryption technology fails to protect your information.

Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
It is the policy of OCCS to respond expeditiously to claims of intellectual property infringement. OCCS will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying or substantially complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, OCCS will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity, and will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. OCCS will terminate access for subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.

General
OCCS reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by revising the terms and conditions herein. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
OCCS reserves the right to change the Site at any time at its sole discretion without notice to users. OCCS may deny access to the Site to anyone at any time.
This Agreement shall include any additional terms, conditions, notices, policies or disclaimers provided by OCCS, its licensors or vendor in specific areas of the Site. However, in the event of a conflict between such terms and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, as applied to contracts entered into and performed within Ohio.
Disputes concerning this Site or this Agreement will at the election of either party be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in Cambridge, Massachusetts before a single arbitrator selected in accordance with such Rules. The arbitrator's decision will be non-appealable and judgment thereon may be entered in any court with jurisdiction over the parties.
The foregoing notwithstanding, nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to preclude any party from using the legal process of any court with jurisdiction to seek remedy or redress (including without limitation injunctive or other equitable relief) for any infringement of copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.

PRIVACY POLICY
Following is the Privacy Policy, for the website of One-Click! Computer Solutions (“OCCS”), specifically relating to the oneCON Development Conference website (the “Site”). This policy was updated on July 28th, 2005. Questions about this policy can be e-mailed to support@oneclicksolution.com. All information collected is owned solely by OCCS and is handled pursuant to this policy.
Collection of User Information
Free Site Registration, Online Subscription Registration, Subscription Registration, Event Registration, and Newsletter
To access certain areas of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name, e-mail address, postal code, Country, Job Function, and Job Industry). E-mail addresses are used during the initial setup of your account, in the delivery of service messages, requested information, and some products. Additionally, if a user requests their password, it is delivered in plain text to the address on file. Country, Job Function and Job Industry is only used in aggregate reporting to better understand our audience and improve user experience on the site and never on an individual basis. Online Subscriptions and event registrations require additional information such as credit card number and billing address. This information is used for billing purposes and to process orders. In the event we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to make contact and resolve the issue. We send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals.
Tell a Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about content on our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and e-mail address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the site. OCCS stores the message, the message header, and the sender’s IP address for the sole purpose of preventing inappropriate use of this service, such as spamming or flaming. The e-mail addresses collected for this service are not used for any other purpose.
Events Registration
If a user wishes to register for an event, we request contact information (such as name and address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process registrations. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Surveys and Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), personal opinion and demographic information (such as zip code, age group, purchasing influence, etc.). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site, and may be shared in aggregate with our partners. In the event that the handling of information for a specific survey differs from what is outlined in the Privacy Policy then those differences will be clearly highlighted in the survey introduction.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user, such as an ID for site access. If a user rejects the cookie, they will be unable to login to our site to access premium content. We do not use cookies to store sensitive information.
Log Files
We use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement on our site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
Periodically we share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers, however we never share individual information.
We use outside companies to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Links
This web site contains links to other sites. OCCS is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each web site that collects personally identifiable information.
Security
We take every precaution to protect our users’ information. When a user submits sensitive information via the website, that information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), it is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees, affiliates, business partners, and associated vendors are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage, with several key access cards needed to get to the servers.

Site and Service Updates
We send users site and service announcements via email. Members are automatically subscribed to these service announcements, which contain important information about the site, user registration, or a subscribed service. Users may opt out of these service announcements by going to, http://onecon.oneclicksolution.com, logging into your account via the My Account page, selecting manage email announcements, and removing these from your account.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code), or if a user no longer desires a service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data. This can be done at the My Account page.
Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may unsubscribe by replying with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line of an e-mail or using the Newsletter Subscribe/Unsubscribe page.
Additionally, users may opt out of all electronic communication by going to: http://onecon.oneclicksolution.com/customerservice/optout.asp and entering an e-mail address.
Notification of Changes
OCCS reserves the right to change its privacy policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes prominently so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail.
Third Party Advertising
We use several third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
